By using Hive Ledger or purchasing products, you agree to provide accurate account, hive-record, order, and shipping information and to pay any displayed charges through Stripe.

Orders and availability

Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. Hive Ledger may cancel and refund an order when fulfillment is not possible.

Shipping

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Returns and refunds

Contact orders@hiveledger.org promptly regarding damaged, incorrect, or missing items. Eligibility for returns or refunds depends on the circumstances and condition of the product.

Limitation

Hive Ledger products support recordkeeping but do not replace professional veterinary, regulatory, or apiary-management advice.
